I don't know whether Phil saw his shadow or not. I do know they said 6 more weeks of winter. Is that seeing his shadow? I never could follow that. But hey, if it's 6 more weeks of the winter we've had so far, I can deal with that. Ah, global warming.
If the groundhog sees his shadow, it scares him. So he returns to his lair for six more weeks. Winter all that time. If he does not see it, spring is right around the corner.
Jon told me that he saw his shadow and "said" that we would have 6 more weeks of a mild winter. i want to know how a groudhog talks in the first place and can determine the intensity of the rest of the winter. and does anyone ever try to prove him wrong. this groudhog thing is dumb to me. why do we listen to a groudhog? why isn't it like a bear or something. this holiday is dumb.
