Play the video, if your connection is choppy replay it so you can notice what is happening. (I did not get it the first time either) A black car comes up in the lane next to the minivan, then another car comes up in the far right lane. Watch what happens.
I mentioned the picture below because the guy must be stoned to drive like that. And the Frogger title relates to an old computer game where you have to get through traffic.
